Seniors - Seniors - Seniors!

I will have all three children in school next year and I am excited that I will get to devote more time to my photography.. So to get ready -- I got to have a great time with 4 great Future Seniors.  They got me real excited about the things you can do around, up and down town!  I loved just going all over the place and trying such fun things that have been in my head!  I am so use to doing children and Families it was really fun to walk another line of my creativity!

These are just some of the Personality Panels that I love!  There are several times during the first year I enjoy working on these.  Some are when they first come home, or when they first start to crawl!  

 
 
 
 

I had NO idea that these items were not on my website - I talk about Personality Panels all the time !  I would send people to the site to look at them.. and then I was told there was nothing on the site to look at!  Well here are the two types I do... a Square format one with 9 opening and a 10x20 Name Panel!  I love both!  I am most Proud of the Mallory Panel.  I have done many of these, but this little girl was into everything Possible and she expressed herself  in so many ways.  I fell in love with her and have since found this to be one of my favorite sessions!

 
 
 
 

Something I am NOT ashamed to do is Barter!  I love Staci's business Sewcrazi.com - I did all the photos for her website and in return she blessed me with some amazing items from her lines.  I also got some great models out of her children!   I think sometimes I surprise my friends that I have been in business as long as I have - because I am not one to talk about my business!  

 
 
 

It is moments like this that I know I am trully blessed.  I have a great time being with this family and I am proud to be called their friend!  Thank you for trusting me with your precious family moments!

 
 
 

I couldn't have made a better Christmas card if I had hired Models!  Thank you for such a great photo shoot and a fun time!  I can not believe each of you are growing up so fast!  I am proud to be called your family photographer for each of your lives!  

 

I don't know what it is lately about having some really great families to be apart of their lives - but, I am truly blessed to have all the new friends that I am making through my business.  Another Great Family to be with!

 
 

I have photographed this child his whole life.  I am a bit sentimental about this guy!  You have grown into an a great young man and I am proud to have you as my nephew! I will claim you any day!  I love and adore you and you have always "allowed" me to come around with my camera and photograph every big day of your life.  Again, I am so very proud of you!

 
 

There were so many Amazing Portraits from this session, but I really liked the Family shots.  You can see that the kids were so easy to Pose a Smile for me!  I loved hanging out with each of you and I am so glad to have a new friend!

OH, they had the best SMILES! Again it was a joy to be with you on this very very cold morning. I couldn't help but think about Chistmas this entire morning! Thank you for being such a joy to photograph.

I went to college with this little one's Mommy and Daddy and it was so nice to meet her for the first time! I enjoyed visiting and being apart of your lives again. This is going to be fun to watch her grow!

This was an adorable family with their little Twin Girls. Thank you for including me in an important milestone of your family.

My Client Asked me to have their second son photographed like their first. This little guy was full of smiles. It was a joy to photograph such a photographic little boy! I loved his spiked hair!

OK, I am at it again.. I am revamping the website.. I can not wait for it to go online! It is so pretty and so me! I love emotion and it will have PLENTY!

I am so excited I have just been downloading and just about to start working on my sessions and these are just some I grabbed fast to show the family until they get to preview the session.. OH, I am just beside myself at the session. I did my normal session and this family was still wanting to Play with me! I can't wait to show the session off!

Some times I can look at my portraits and just fall in love with these little guys... He is just melting my heart! This is Mr B and he will soon Be three and I just adore him. He was so good and it was an early morning!
Can we say Mr Personality!This was one of my favorites, although I did capture some were he was posing more! It got to where we were able to say ok, and he would look right at me and smile, sometimes I just want a little personality to go with my portraits and I believe this one gave it to me!

And you thought we didn't get a thing! I always get nervous when clients put the pressure of driving 6 hours for me to photograph the family! I feel much better now! I still love my ARk clients...Enjoyed the visit Sorry the Mr B. was sick ... THIS TOO SHALL PASS.... Put it every where! I promise I love the stage of life our family is in now....Your Children are beautiful and I look forward to capturing your lifes little moments.

yes, there are a couple of them together.. I can't wait to make a collage for the family room of these.. I may post what I do when them at a later time!

It is one of those days that I just wanted to take an environment and see just what I can do at 3pm Huge amount of Sun and see just what I can pull out of the situation..

So again it was time to get the kids cleaned off and go to town in the backyard. Why always go to a park ( Which I never do my own kids - who would watch the other two when I am photographing ONE!)

And I Have not used my backyard here at all..... So here are a few results on a very very HOt day.

Marsh... Wow didn't know my porch could give this light.. Love the times I photograph him. I go through the day forgetting to see his personality. I too love to look at pictures of my kids and see only what a mommy sees.
My oldest. Oh It is so hard to believe that she can look this old to me. She wants me to make these as her "business" cards! She sees me passing mine out from time to time and now she wants some that she can pass out at the park! Ha.

I now appreciate the fact that she lost those teeth.. too cute.

NOTHING better than to have a wonderful morning spending time with these three beautiful girls!

I always try to tell the moms ( and dads) that the kids did exactly what I wanted to get the portrait that they will love .

Moms and Dads always walk away just hoping for one good picture! I love to show off all the ones that they did get!

I am downloading the session from this morning and trying (again) to pack to go out of town.... but I had to let them know just how good this morning was... I always feel bad for the parents that walk away like they didn't get anything because their kids were "bad".... I just want to hug you all and reassure you that you will be amazed at just how good your kids are for me!


This is just the first 3 I pulled - really! So please rest assure that you will have more than you need to choose from... Ask any of my clients!

This is my sister and niece! They look so beautiful - I would love to say it was my photography, but I can't take that much credit!

OH, love those cousin moments!

Today I had the pleasure to photograph some close friends of mine and their extended family on a special Father's Day weekend!



They took a train ride down to Fort Worth to have a Western Weekend adventure.



I was able to set up a session at the Reata downtown. This was the
perfect location for a family who loves horses and the outdoors.
This is good friend and his son.

I just about cried when I saw all the kids and how they have grown up since the last time I spent time with them.


It was an honor to have spent the morning with all of you.

yes, it is always chasing this one for a good picture! but with limited time before the sun hits the beach I got very few, but they all turned out well. This showes all his personality! I had the best time on the beach with all three of my children this past week on vacation!

OH, you were both so good! OK, NOW I must Pack!!!! hahaha..

This is Jake he might loose his tooth before I got back from Florida so I could not stand not getting his session done before I left! You were so wonderful and fun. Thank you.

They were in a wedding a couple weeks ago and did not get the portrait they wanted. I know I was able to capture the images that they wanted for their walls!

It is always a pleasure to photograph children that I know outside of my business! I enjoyed telling them they were coming to work with me!These are only a couple of the portraits taken there were so many to choose from.
